• Weekly handover meetings with the client / contracts manager
• Ordering of materials and equipment
• Managing client expectations, resolving all problems within a timely manner
• To assist delivery of successful contracts to client satisfaction, specified quality levels, programme and budget whilst maintaining a safe working environment for all
• Regular inspections of standards of work, equipment, vehicles etc.
• Issue regular tool box talks
• To maintain a safe and orderly site.
• Intimate involvement from notification of schedule of work, through mobilisation, and on site delivery to handover.
• LABC and NHBC inspections and 4 key stages
• CML handovers and inspections
• Customer care issues and HBF returns
• Health and safety reports
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site.
• Ensure that all safety regulations are followed.

Being involved in projects from start to finish.

Digging trenches for Foundations.

Fixing scaffolding and building frames.

Helping skilled tradespeople with every aspect of the building process.

Following all health and safety procedures.
