I have been been a playing member at Barnby dun cricket club for over twenty years. where I have played coached and maintained the ground and fertilities. This involves being an active team player and captain.

Coaching members of all ages and ability's which at times involves trouble shooting and working as a team understanding different personalities and communicating affectively for a good outcome.

For many years I was active member of the scout movement becoming a leader at the age of 21 which involved being responsible for a group of young people aged between 10-15years. Organising activities and camps for these young people from various backgrounds. This helped me to manage situations and adapt as necessary.
