The flagship of Brewhouse and Kitchen, B&K Southbourne is a multi-revenue stream business consisting of 70/30 Wet sales, 4 Holiday apartments, 2 function rooms, brewery for both internal and external Sales, 150 cover terrace, 200 cover restaurant 500 capacity bar and the output for the companies national web-shop sales. I'm responsible for a team of 45 people including security, a chef brigade, several management and 30 full and part time staff.

The flagship of at the time SA Brains premium dining brand and boutique hotel. The Boathouse, Bath was set along the river Avon. Consisting of 450 cover terrace on the water, 9 hotel rooms and 180 cover restaurant and bar area. Responsible for up to 50 staff and management.
