get up in the morning and get the medications ready for the day while preparing breakfast they have their shower so once finished in the shower I have to give them a hand to get dried and dressed sometimes take them to the shops or into town, do the housework while they watch tv and i can prepare the dinner and other things, i.e. strip the bedding from the beds twice a week and put on fresh bedding then in the evening make a snack and get them ready for bed and give them their bedtime medication

we'd work 2 different shifts a week we'd do from 6am-2pm, the second week we'd do from 10am-6pm, we are cleaning an office building when we start we clean the toilets first so they are done, so that the floors are dry while the staff start coming in, then we do the all the kitchen areas making sure there are plenty refreshments for all kitchens, we would dust all the desks and chairs, only the ones we can do, we do different ones everyday, we clean the gym and all the equipment and the floors and mirrors, do the hoovering between 4,30pm and 6pm

Full Time 8am-4pm

checking the toilets, replenish all the toilet rolls and hand towels then clean the canteen area wiping down all the surfaces, wipe the tea,sugar,coffee cannisters and refill them, sweep and mop the floors tidy up the warehouse keeping the floors clean and tidy, do some painting of walls and skirting boards, then out in the yard keeping it tidy and driving the forklift, using the over head cranes

starting work 5.30am-1,30pm

first thing we do is clean all the toilets, replenish toilet rolls and hand towels, check the soap dispensers we have got offices to clean as well and staircases need to be swept and mopped, throughout the day check the departure lounges and toilets empty bins and give it a clean, empty bin in the check in areas and keeping the main terminal tidy and sometimes filling in for the window cleaner, keeping up with all the spillages
