• Monitor CCTV cameras across Waltham Forest to identify criminal activity, anti-social behaviour, and public-safety concerns.
• Operate CCTV and related monitoring equipment, ensuring incidents are identified and reported promptly.
• Respond to incidents and provide accurate information to police, emergency services, and council teams.
• Process cycle hubs, including monitoring and reporting issues such as abandoned, damaged, or obstructive bicycles and maintaining accurate records.
• Maintain accurate incident logs, reports, and records using relevant council systems.
• Support safeguarding by identifying and reporting concerns involving vulnerable individuals or members of the public.
• Retrieve, review, and securely manage CCTV footage when required for investigations.
• Liaise professionally with police, council departments, contractors, and other partner agencies.
• Follow council procedures relating to confidentiality, data protection, health and safety, safeguarding, and information security.

• Manage all control room procedures in line with the CCTV codes of practice.
• Support and provide guidance to the Police Department
• Continuous management and monitoring of CCTV, Fire Panels, Intruder Panels, and associated specialist security equipment.
• Continual management and monitoring/policing of site radio systems.
• Intelligent understanding of human behaviour, monitoring and surveillance of suspect individuals, logging, and reporting incidents in line with site/company policies.

• Operating CCTV, checking customers' items, keeping staff safe, controlling traffic, taking deliveries bookings, handling returns products.

Monitoring and use of CCTV, fire alarm, intruder, and other electronic systems

The implementation of Health and Safety, Fire Regulations and other in-house safety/environmental policies

Reporting lift breakdowns to lift company immediately and assisting those trapped in the lift to remain calm until the engineer arrives

Carry out heath & safety checks on apartment floors

Check fire alarm panels & fire doors are working in apartment buildings

Attend to village residents security concerns

• Carry out daily security checks of external and internal areas to ensure no safety breaches (including bin store, car park, commercial corridor).
• Escorting authorized personnel around the building or into authorized only areas of the building

• Provide leadership and collaborative direction to my staff, dealing with complaints, ordering bat stock, doing staff rota, duty manager, creating cocktail menu, supervising staff.

• Scheduling shifts and managing rotas
• Ensuring the observance of stipulated budgets.
• Furnishing guests with practical aid, as needed.
