  • Due to my strong performance, I was offered a Supervisor position by management, which I respectfully declined. However, I have been entrusted with key supervisory responsibilities, including the authority to process refunds and exchanges, apply discretionary discounts, and oversee floor operations when needed. This demonstrates the trust my superiors have in my judgment and leadership abilities.
