• Italia Conti - Performing Arts Institution, Woking: Interior fit-out. Facilities included dance studios, a theatre, a gym and recording studios. (RIBA Stages 3-6)
• Minehead Residential Development, UK: Preparation of NMA and MMA planning application for 11 dwellings (RIBA stages 4-5).
• Andover SS Residential Development, UK: Preparation of Tender and Construction information for 300 dwellings. Approx. 190 houses and 10 blocks of apartments. (RIBA Stages 4-5)
