An estate agent will have to:

Judo

I have been training judo for 6 years now. It has helped me gain great communication skills with others and form good friendships. Since i have started judo i have gained a lot more strength as every week we also have a fitness and stretching lesson. My strength has also increased and my body is fit due to different movements, stretches and activities i have taken part in. Judo originates from Japan, therefore the throws and holds we learn how to do are in Japanese but also have an English translation. Throughout my journey of judo i have also learned a bit of Japanese. This is really helpful as knowing extra languages can help you proceed further in life and you can reach a higher position. Judo is extremely useful as it ensures efficient self-defence in real life situations. As a teenager who is still learning and growing, you with develop self discipline, concentration, resilience, stamina and perseverance. In Judo i have participated/attended may competitions such as: British championships in Sheffield,English open,LYG,and many other competitions. During the past few years of judo I have received may medals, rewards and certificates. One of my rewards I had received was a Jack Patchy award.

Skiing is a great way to enjoy fresh air and nature in the winter time.

Travelling

Travelling is one of my favourite things to do. Travelling usually brings a sense of freedom and independence to an individual and relaxes their minds from the place they are always at. Travelling takes me out of my comfort zone and inspires me to see, Taste and try new things. Travelling constantly challenges me to not only adapt to and explore new surroundings, but also to engage with different cultures, different people ,new languages and to embrace new adventures. I have travelled to many different countries such as: Serbia,Montenegro,Croatia,Bosnia,Egypt,Greece,France,Macedonia, Germany and Russia.

Reading

I have a massive passion for reading and books. I have been reading since primary school and I love reading books, about the reality of life and how people act, feel and think. Reading has helped me exercise my brain, reduce stress, grow my imagination and improve my sleep.

Skateboarding

4 years ago me and 2 of my other friends taught ourselves how to skateboard. We used to go out every other day and skateboard for a few hours. Skateboarding is a fun and skilful hobby as it can help you with balance, perseverance, confidence and stability.

Duke of Edinburgh

In year 10 I had done Duke of Edinburgh with my school I walked from 8:30am until 7:00pm with a few breaks in between. Then we had to cook food as a team and set up a tent. The next morning we left at 9:00 and got to our destination at 6pm.The Duke of Edinburgh has helped me work with other people, survive in the wild, and stay challenged.
