My job requires completely looking after the horses i am given, which includes:

Feeding the meals the horses are assigned to,

doing check overs all over in the morning and afternoon with

Provided routine health checks, promptly identifying any injuries or illnesses and seeking appropriate care,

Established trust with each horse through consistent interaction, fostering positive relationships between animals and staff members alike,

Maintained clean and organized stables for a safe environment, ensuring optimal living conditions for horses.

Administered medications as prescribed by the veterinarian, contributing to the overall well-being of horses,

Provided excellent customer service to horse owners by promptly addressing concerns and maintaining clear communication channels

This was my first job I had and was dealing with customers on-going for around 6 hours straight. I had to pretend to be an elf and entertain children whilst still helping parents with on going problems.

I participated in staff meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new products, policies, and procedures.

I demonstrated strong communication skills when interacting with both customers and colleagues to create a pleasant Christmas experience.

I resolved customer complaints professionally, maintaining a positive atmosphere in the store.

I also worked flexible hours during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by the store's schedule demands.

I stocked seasonal displays with high-demand items and frequently replenished merchandise.

I only ended up leaving the job because it was a temporary position.
