Working at ATG I am always putting the customers experience first and making the process of booking tickets as smooth as possible. I aim to ensure the customer is satisfied with the outcome and response they receive from us no matter how big or small the problem or question is. I work with customers to book, resell or cancel tickets for a theatre show. At ATG we book for multiple venue's across the UK. As part of the job I have to be in clear communication with different venues which helps improve my communication skills and teamwork, we have to all be in agreement which also helps when it comes to compromising and building resilience for when it comes to problem solving. I also work with technology everyday which is always changing, this helps me adapt to different working situations. As a part of the job I have had the opportunity to work with companies such as Relay UK, this meant new communication strategies for diverse customer needs and adapting certain situations to help navigate an individual through a task which could be difficult for them and trying to make the process more accommodating.

As a dental nurse I had to clean equipment thoroughly by keeping up to standards and having everything ready on time for the dentist. I learned how to book customers in and take phone calls using the correct procedure and following step to step instructions. I had experience in watching procedures take place and assisting the dentist along the way. I helped create a welcoming environment, I was keen to make our customers feel as comfortable as possible. we often had customers who were unsettled or worried and with each customer I learned different techniques to keep them calm and explain the process to them which helped to relax them. This also depended on the age of who I was dealing with, I had learned different communication strategies based on who I was helping.

At Supertramp I had 3 roles within my job. I participated in regular stock takes helping manage supplies efficiently and helped out in the café when needed. This included making customers drinks, preparing food and taking orders, I also helped my team members by cleaning dishes and table when we had a spare moment. Other jobs included supervising customers while performing on the trampolines . As part of the job I learned first aid so I was able to help customers if they were injured. I hosted birthday party's and decorated the venue room and communicated with parents to make sure everything was up to standard and to see if there was anything else we could do to improve their visit. The last role I had was working on the reception and taking phone calls to help book people in, take booking requests and give customers safety instructions to ensure all rules are being followed.
