Duke of Edinburgh

On June 6th-7th I completed my Bronze DofE. I have completed 3 months of skills (cooking), 3 months of Volunteering (netball clubs) and 6 months of physical activity (netball training and matches etc many days a week). I regularly attended mandatory meetings to cover all the skills I needed for the expedition e.g putting up a tent and safety. For the expedition I walked 16km per day and camped one night in between. I completed 6 hours of planned activity per day. I did this is teams of 6, we had to use teamwork, leadership and resilience.

I received the Headteacher award in front of all staff members during my first year in secondary school.

I have won player of the year and most improved player multiple times in my netball club

I also have been awarded other certificates during my time in school such as the 'Aspire award', 'Purpose' or 'Student of the week'.
