Proven track record in designing and delivering training courses, solid ability to manage develop and motivate people, successful experience of managing staff in a complex set-up by devising effective financial & academic checks; with working knowledge of writing projects and bids for academic projects including planning, role allocation and coordination as well as an ability to think critically, strategically and systematically in a quality assurance framework coupled with excellent internal and external negotiation skills; ability to prioritise and deal effectively with a number of tasks simultaneously and ability to follow through and deliver concrete results as well as understanding of key clients’ demands.
