- As CFE at Vantage I have worked alongside the Chief Engineers and Campus Director in mobilising 2 data centers. My personal responsibilities have included managing a Shift team of 8 CFEs, creating a maintenance planner and assisting Reliability Engineering in integrating this into ServiceNow, arranging maintenance contracts with vendors, managing and auditing logbooks, operating as AP to manage the HV/LV network, Implemented a global H&S site induction process, saving thousands of man-hours., writing EOP/MOP/SOPs, ensuring operational shift readiness, taking a leading role in commissioning for operational acceptance, hiring, procurement OPEX & CAPEX, budgeting and more.
