As a recent graduate of the CIPD Level 3 Diploma in Human Resources, I have developed a strong foundation in HR principles and practices, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and employment law. I am well-equipped to support organisations in creating positive and productive work environments by aligning HR strategies with business goals. With an understanding of HR policies, legal frameworks, and best practices, I am passionate to promoting diverse, engaging, and proficient workplaces.
Throughout my studies, I’ve cultivated my ability to handle day-to-day HR operations, manage employee relations purposefully, and assist to pivotal HR projects. My skills in communication, problem-solving, and organisational development make me resourceful in any HR framework, whether supporting small teams or large-scale functions.
I am looking forward to applying my knowledge in HR practices to pursue roles such as HR assistant, recruitment coordinator, or HR officer, and to continue developing my expertise in strategic HR management.
