Melissa was hired by UnHerd in 2022 to create scalable commercial revenue streams across all sectors and platforms of UnHerd and to advise on the strategic direction for sustainable growth.
After joining The Spectator in 2008, she rose through the ranks to Chief Commercial Officer, reporting directly to Andrew Neil, Chairman. She managed sales and execution teams across all media platforms and sat on the executive board.
She has consistently met personal sales targets, while driving the wider team to meet YOY growth targets, upselling and cross-selling both existing and new business. She is an expert at managing competing internal departments to benefit the wider business.
She has an extensive network of high profile contacts and holds relationships at the most senior level, across industry, business, government, and journalism.
Clients include NatWest, Revolut, Bloomberg, Visa, BT, Aon, Julius Baer, Charles Stanley, Investec, Scottish Power, Centrica, Netflix, BAE and Astra Zeneca.
