I was approached by JTP and met with them several times to discuss this role, I was very happy as showroom manager at City Plumbing so it needed to be a job I would equally love if not more to get me to leave them.
I did love the role but its slightly different to how it was sold to me. I absolutely loved being out and meeting people. I covered the South West from Christchurch, New Milton area over to Cornwall, up to Swansea and South Wales and the Bristol area. In the short time I made some great contacts and reengaged old customers whom had stopped buying, I took several new display orders and made some good progress. I had taken to the role with a real passion and so glad I made the leap out on the road.
I'm a real peoples person so find it exciting meeting new shop owners and staff, I enjoy product training and giving them confidence to sell. I have taken this in to my future roles.
