In R&Bs peak trade, I had 22 staff and took 1.9million in revenue. We would sell up to 100 pairs of children's shoes on a Saturday in the Back to School initiative, I have won many awards, being the top store for Handbag percentage over the years., I received the best improved award in KPI and my figures demonstrate growth and improvement across the team

VOLUNTARY WORK

On a personal note, I am involved with my local church and been part of many of the teams that help with the function of a Sunday morning. I have planned craft activities for big events, I help leading Worship/singing, I serve coffee after the service. I also produce large craft to decorate/display at Christmas and Easter. I am also part of the planning team for our women's ministry, where we host 60-80 women twice a year.
