Summary
Through my years as an educator, I've come to realize how much love and passion I have for people, especially for children in their early years. I've enjoyed using the Waldorf method as a tool for education and it has allowed me to explore many creative avenues. Alongside this, it has also provoked deep thought into the way young children are cared for in different care giving environments. This has formed the basis of how I interact with the children on a daily basis in my class and I am continuously motivated to learn from different modalities that help me become a better guide. It is these motivations that have led me to apply to this Observation course.
