- I had to greet customers to ensure they were kept comfortable and handle guests' feedback, resolving any issues.

-I managed bookings and events by answering the phone and speaking with customers to make sure their requests were met to the best of my ability.

-I had to supervise staff and support them making sure no time was being wasted and their tasks were up to standard and appointed tasks when we were not busy.

- I had to help and supervise the kitchen when there were weaknesses in the team to allow the back of house and front of house to run efficiently.

-I had to fill in stock lists, cost and price items on the menu for ordering to stay in the target budget.

- This role allowed me to make sure the team was running smoothly and develop leadership skills.

-This role allowed me to train new people and create a comfortable environment for my team.
