A compassionate, creative and an effective training teacher with valuable experience in classroom. Instilling a love for learning and always thirsty for further professional development opportunities. I am equipped with extensive background in a variety of educational environments. This has enabled me to understand the importance of adaptive teaching and to scaffold work for those who need additional support and are able to access the curriculum. I am competent at performing independently or as member of teaching team and thrive under pressure, adapting to challenges with ingenuity and resilience. Skilful in relationship building and behaviour management to maximise children's potential. Adept at multi tasking and through hard work, attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, I believe all of the above will support me in the role of a teacher at Meopham Community Academy.
