I would describe myself as a confident individual familiar in working face to face with the public. I have a passion for building lasting rapport with my clients, co-workers and supplier; creating a safe space where it's always okay to talk or off load. However, remaining professional with a want for clients to have great experience from a warm welcome to a found farewell. A timed schedule is something I work closely too as I manage two current roles one as an office manager at my family business and secondly my own venture of a business owner in the Beauty industry with a large client base. Having many responsibilities means organisation, diary management and priority listing are a priority for me. Through my professional experiences I have worked across multiagencies whether that be compliance teams, complaints teams, regulatory teams etc... Safeguarding and data protection are essential to my current roles I totally understand the importance of protecting all stakeholders in any work place. I am self motivated, I use my initiative, I work great in a team environment but I am also very comfortable with working solo because of this I feel I would be a great addition to any team.
