Employed by Potters Resorts for the most part of four years, progressing from a show dancer to the managerial role of Dance Captain in just my first year of employment.

This included learning and performing a new show project every three months, always adapting, changing styles, and learning extremely quickly and efficiently.

My managerial role as dance captain not only included performing every day, but also frequent noting and reviewing of the shows, distributing critiques to the cast, last-minute reblocking, providing one-to-one support, creating rotas, scheduling rehearsals, and simultaneously always encouraging the cast, while keeping morale high.
