September 2024, I started a journey up the Australian east coast. this was a month long trip that required lots of planning and organisation to ensure I got the most from each place I visited. My time in Australia consisted of a trip to the largest sand island, sky diving and snorkelling in the Great Barrier Reef, alongside this I visited many towns and cities enabling me to see many natural sites such as the Whitsundays Islands.
After Australia, I went on to travel Bali for another month. Here I volunteered at two schools and walked round many temples learning lots about the culture and history of Bali. Additionally I was lucky enough to be able to volunteer at a turtle sanctuary.
In my time with Ragdale hall i have received a minimum of 4 Merit awards, given to me for reasons such as flexibility and dedication to work.
