  • Lead on development and creative build of Townhouse's new careers page's, as part of wider implementation of new ATS. Working with Greenhouse as well as Team Tailor, Harri, Workday and Workable.
  • Established and maintained relationships with local educators and colleges, planning and hosting industry talks with students and attending industry specific careers fairs
  • Created @townhousecareers, used to build employer branding, and culture presence as well as head hunting tool to scout tale
  • Lead on recruitment for 17 salons opening nationally, partnering with Area Managers, Department Head and other business stake holders to meet recruitment needs, working on between 8-15 salon/retail roles a time across different estate salon location UK & US. Using Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter to source and advertise job roles.
