Summary

I am a very compassionate care assistant in my current job at Seacroft Grange. I prioritise my residents wellbeing, safety and dignity through care and support. I am also dedicated to achieving positive outcomes by delivering excellent care to the residents. I believe that I work to the best of my ability every day to provide them with the best care, wether this is individually or working as a team ,which I also do very well because of my excellent communication skills. I am very empathetic within my job, providing residents any reassurance they may need throughout their days. I am also very interested in the aspect of end of life, this is because I enjoy making sure the residents are cared for the best they can be, even at the end stages of their life. I personally believe I offer great end of life care, and this could be even better with the appropriate training, as I am a very compassionate individual and provide residents and family with support when they need it the most. In the future, I would like to become a Paramedic within the Yorkshire Ambulance Service, therefore, working in a care environment is helping me gain the correct skills to eventually pursue my dream career.
