With my experience of playing football for as long as I can remember. Analysis became a huge part of my life while representing my country- Wales at at all the age groups. It was a key session that we would do religiously while preparing for a game. During my experience playing at both U17 and U19 Euro qualifiers it became an even more crucial aspect of what we would do.

I began analysing my own games while playing in the Welsh Premier League for Barry Town United Women at the age of 16. Although it was basic analysis such as individual analysis of my own games while creating a 'What went well' and an 'Even better if' sheet. My analysis has improved over time as I am now an intern alongside some of the best analysts in the Championship.
