A fourth-year student at the University of Stirling studying BA (Hons) Education (Primary) with a specialism in Modern Languages (French). I am interested in working with people and making a difference. I am keen to do this by gaining a new role in this customer-facing job.
As President of the SUTES – Teaching and Education Society at the University of Stirling for two consecutive years, I led a committee of seven members, successfully organising key events, including the Education Ball , which attracted 140 attendees. My leadership and organisational skills were recognised through my re-election for a second year. In addition to my role within the society, I actively participated in several out-of-hours university events, including the inaugural Health and Wellbeing Student Fair , where my presentation won first place. This experience further honed my event management and public speaking abilities, contributing to my personal and professional growth.
Both volunteering opportunities have allowed me to engage with individuals of varying ages, building valuable skills in communication.
