My experience is mainly working with adults with learning disabilities, particularly those with autism and syndromes andI prefer to work with older children and young people to develop relationships. I am not experienced working with those with profound and multiple disabilities. I am also not experienced in personal hygiene as this was not a requirement when working at Co-Ordin8 with adults with learning disabilities.
I am a shy, anxious, and reserved person but with time and experience I will become more confident with myself and working with others. I can follow directions and orders well and I also enjoy having good conversations with people.
