Skilled in food safety and quality management, with hands-on experience in the dairy industry as a Production Assistant and as a Food production operative at 2 Sisters Food Group, I recently completed my Master's in Food Safety, Hygiene, and Management from the University of Birmingham with distinction in all modules. Through my work experience, I have honed skills in conducting quality control tests, ensuring product safety, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. I am passionate about learning and enhancing my expertise in food safety, and I plan to undertake a Food Inspection Module - CPD in January to deepen my knowledge of food inspections and collaborate effectively with environmental health and food safety professionals.
