Dellmoor Ltd is an apparel brand who sells various clothing products based in London. I was an intern e-commerce assistant manager. As an assistant manager, my duties were to contact customers regarding any complains; replying to customers emails as well as to our suppliers; receiving return products from e-commerce platforms such as eBay, Amazon and sort them out; looking into financial aspects.

As a condition to the fulfilment of my under-graduation program, I was a full-time intern teacher at Ramna Buddhi protibondhi & Autustic Biddyalay. Being a teacher for the students with disability, I was responsible to conduct classes as well as encouraging the students to illustrate a change of behavior or any academic improvement in certain grades. I used to facilitate the students with practical assignments and support them with classroom activities.
