Buyer: Inditex (Zara kids, Zara Man, Zara Women,Lefties kids,Lefties women ,P&B)

Responsibilities-

> Preparing pre costing & budget Costing.(excel file & ERP)

> Coordination with the sample department to execute sample and ensure submit on time to buyer

> Sourcing new fabrics and trims for buyer

> Arranging meeting with buyer for submit new development samples and confirming order with best price.

> performing with wash team for achieve standard wash & dyeing.

> Coordinated closely with the team members to meet the customer requirement.

> Develop trims & accessories as per buyer requirement and arrange approval from the buyer's end.

> Fabric booking & other important acc. booking.

> Makina TNA & ensure the on-time supply chain and shipment as well.

> Communication with suppliers for in time trims & accessories in-house.

>Follow up production and ensure on time shipment maintaining effective TNA.

> Ensure the buyer required quality in every stage and advise every team about any kind of buyer requirement /quality& understanding.

> Communicating with buyer local team for smooth shipment.

> All inspection coordination with the customer party. - Closely monitoring with commercial about LC, Banking issues, Import & shipment. - Making closing reports and order assessments.

Buyer: Zara Kids, Zara Women.

Responsibilities-

> Follow-up Sampling & all development Worked with the PD team to develop the upcoming trend.

> Check inventory report and ensure no shortage in order raw material.

> Follow-up sample washing & bulk product.

> Prepare QA folder and take approval.

> Coordination with R&D department team.

> Sampling Follow-up. Assist concern merchandiser.

>Taking all trims approval from buyer and given supplier & factory production unit for proceed further.

> Fostered strong relationships with suppliers, resulting in improved service levels.
