Whilst working this job role over the past year and two months, i have Learnt how to effectively handle Dairy cattle along side administering medication, vaccinating and general husbandry tasks. I have done my Artificial Insemination course with T.H. Hobsons as well as taking on more of the responsibility from the herd manager to feed cows, bed cows up, and run the yard side of things, I can milk cows at a fast but efficient pace and know how to keep infections such as mastitis at a little to no level.
