I started here as a SEN support, and over the years worked varied roles amongst the SEN and EHCP team. These include co ordinating meetings, annual reviews, assessing the right for an EHCP, tribunal info and liasing with all members of stakeholders (within the LA and outside the LA) ensuring all statuary time lines were met.

For the most part, I used to transitioned between the SEN and EHCP team, covering anything that required immediate attention.

• Devised and reviewed outcome-focused support plans, accurately assessing user needs and risks.
• Kept up to date and accurate notes
• Delivered highest standards of support to people with learning disabilities, in line with individual support plans,
• Sought to consistently improve support provided by identifying gaps
• Built positive working relationships with colleagues, families and external organisations and professionals.
• Completed tasks within specified timeframes and confirmed information shared between relevant internal and external parties.
