Looking forward to exploring and excelling in the domain of drug design, aiming at target identification and designing potential and effective molecules for different disease models through computational methods. My vision is to develop a disease-free society by providing cheaper and more effective treatment options to humankind. To take up responsibilities, contribute and coordinate with the team, and be willing to adapt to the new technologies for enhancement and development of research.
Identification of novel ribonucleotide reductase inhibitors for therapeutic application in Bile Tract Cancer: An advanced pharmacokinetics study.
Biliary tract cancer (BTC) is constituted of a heterogeneous group of malignant tumours that may develop in the biliary tract. Designed the small molecules using the de-novo-based method. The approaches which were used were molecular docking using Vina and negative image-based ShaEP scoring, absolute binding free energy, in-silico pharmacokinetics, toxicity assessments, and molecular dynamic simulation.
