My main responsibilities at Cariad Gelato are to serve customers: Ice cream, waffles, brownies, milkshakes, frappuccinos, hot teas and coffees barista style. All of this is done to create a professional enjoyable experience for any customer.

As well as serving customers it's also part of my role to maintain a hygienic, professional working environment.

This includes:

• Keeping the floor and shop area clean and tidy for customers. For example, hoovering, mopping, wiping tables, tidying the kids play area, clearing any left behind rubbish, emptying bins and checking bathroom supplies are stocked.
• Keeping used ice cream scoops regularly cleaned throughout the day. As well as cleaning dirty oven racks and ice cream tubsand lids ready for reuse in line with company hygiene policies.

While working at the counter my duties include:

• handling card and cash transactions.
• ensuring customer satisfaction regarding product information, quires and complaints.

I always try my best to be attentive and friendly with customers and fellow colleges even during our busy periods.

• when under pressure I always check with a more experienced college if I'm unsure with customer quieries.
• I quickly adapt to different tasks given me but I make sure I complete all necessary tasks.
• We work together as a team on a weekly rota basis.
• when asked I always complete opening and closing duties in line with company schedule.

My current role at Conwy Window Cleaning Services Limited is to update customer payments with scheduled cleaning.

This involves using a bespoke scheduling app along with internet banking. I am currently being trained to use Xero accounting software.

• Checking incoming payments and notifying customer payments that are due.
• Accurate record keeping with excellent data entry skills.
• It is important to respond promptly to customer queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• I'm able to resolve queries promptly to the relevant colleges.

During busy periods I've been trained to clean windows externally using the water fed pole method.
