This job entailed working with the executive director of nursing to be able to complete ward visits and peer support to patients on mental health wards, making sure that all and any issues that arose were addressed.
I also while working with Carolyn co chaired the autism forum and was and currently am a member of equal patient and carers forum .I helped to create autism boxes for mental health wards to help those with anxiety, autism or just generally with poor mental health to be able to cope better while being treated as an in patient.
