My previous experience within the fast-moving and busy cafe has allowed me to excel in environments as such. This will help me to move quickly and answer questions that are given to me by the customer in a thorough and professional manner. On top of this I have a deep knowledge of music and in particular Jazz, Blues and Rock. I believe this will aid me in working within a shop such as this. In September I will be taking on a course in Music Performance at Newcastle College, meaning that my priorities are only that of music and that I have a strong dedication towards the field. Because of this I am available for work immediately and can work within the week up until September. I have a deep dedication to learning about and creating music, this will show in the fact that I will be dedicated to the task at hand because I have such an interest in the field. Furthermore, my work as a referee has allowed me to gain skills such as confidence in decisions I have made and communication with all those involved. This therefore, means that I have a good understanding of what it is like to talk to people and explain thoroughly.

• I have been collecting records for approximately 18 months and I have thoroughly enjoyed looking through and purchasing the stock that this shop offers.
• I have played the guitar for 2 years. I am incredibly dedicated to this and I am constantly working on improving my craft. This is also the reason I have such a dedication to music and its creation.
