• Planning and conducting meter inspections and water supply checks within commercial customer Sites, organising my weekly schedule in line with customer and business requirements.
• Identifying non compliance, technical faults and providing recommendations for repair and resolution to maximize income and customer satisfaction.
• Communicating with a range of diverse customers and internal & external customers, responding to queries and complaints
• Working alone and as part of a team to successfully deliver the programme deliverables to regulatory standards, including Water Industry and Health & Safety standards.
