  • Building Relationships - I worked closely with Relationship Directors and high value clients. I built up relationships off the back of delivering positive outcomes for clients in relation to opening new products and accounts as well as proactively resolving complex queries such as KYC issues which could impact their account.
  • Managing Customer Lending Journey - I was responsible for overseeing the customer lending journey from the sanction of the loan through to draw down, ensuring time objectives were met. This was done through liaising with key stakeholders such as solicitors, accountants as well as internal teams. Delivered a seamless onboarding and funding experience, utilising a proactive approach to ensure complex transactions were completed within agreed timelines.
  • Managing Change - there has been frequent change in the nature of this role, where I have demonstrated I am able to adapt to change. I was put onto an SRR project, aiming to resolving customers with outstanding KYC. I achieved strong outcomes in a short period of time, gaining right first time scores on cases worked of over 97% over 500+ cases. This allowed myself and the bank to ensure the bank complied with regulatory requirements.
