To summarise, i'm a hardworking individual who has experience in hospitality, working in a fast paced, challenging environment. I excel at team collaboration and coordination amongst my peers and I have a friendly and approachable persona. I'm eager to develop my skills, as well as learning new ones that the job will require.
My role was to cook all the food to a high standard, with nice presentation in under ten minutes for each ticket.
I did this whilst working alongside others, coordinating between different stations in the kitchen.
I was often put on closes, meaning I would be responsible for cleaning down all the equipment and closing down the kitchen on time whilst also making any food that was ordered.
Often tasked to induct new staff.
