I’m responsible for the overall direction and performance of the business, focusing on strategy, growth, and financial oversight. While I’m no longer involved in the day-to-day running of operations, I work closely with the team leads to make sure everything stays on track. With strong staff in place across all departments, my role is now centred around high-level decision-making and long-term planning.

I acquired the business in January and now oversee its overall direction, growth, and financial performance. With experienced staff managing all departments, I’m not involved in day-to-day operations but stay closely connected through regular updates with team leads. My focus is on long-term strategy, creative development, and guiding the business through its next stage of growth.

Led cost estimating and project coordination for high-spec glazing projects using Schüco systems, including The Dorchester Hotel and Devonshire Square. Used SchuCAL software to model and price curtain wall, door, and window systems from architectural drawings. Worked directly with the MD to manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication. Chaired weekly team meetings, liaised with clients and suppliers, and ensured project alignment from tender through delivery. Delivered cost-effective, compliant solutions while maintaining quality and schedule.

Supported a national contract with McDonald’s by producing and refining mechanical and electrical (M&E) design drawings for new builds and refurbishments across the UK. Worked closely with the design team to ensure drawings met project standards and requirements, contributing to the timely and accurate delivery of high-volume rollout projects.

Produced and maintained detailed Revit models and technical drawings for high-profile architectural projects, including The Londoner (Leicester Square Hotel). Responsibilities included developing families, tagging stonework, generating schedules, and modelling fire stops. Used Autodesk Inventor for detailed component modelling. Collaborated with project teams to ensure design accuracy, safety, and compliance, while advancing skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and Inventor.

Supported Electrical and Mechanical Engineers by producing technical drawings, layouts, and equipment schedules in AutoCAD. Maintained drawing registers and ensured documentation met project and industry standards. Gained a strong foundation in engineering workflows, which laid the groundwork for future roles in project estimation and coordination.
