I'm a healthcare professional, currently working on the NHS Diabetes Remission programme. I have vast experience in assessments and 1 to 1 coaching of patients and colleagues. I have proven success in developing and sustaining relationship internally and externally. This has helped me to develop my role and extrapolate it to our phone application and transformation projects.
Three main responsibilities: Initial assessments, 1 to 1 fat loss coaching and discharging patients as per NHS protocol. Additional roles: selected by the director to be a transformation project team member for new coach chat app feature; selected by team leader to write daily app posts during a diet replacement product shortage; coaching new team members on coaching, admin and protocols.
1 year after completing my Master's degree. I spent the time renovating my parents new house and applying for my in my desired industry.
I was allocated research projects by the CEO and Head of Nutrition. I then presented my findings on a weekly basis. I also wrote blogs for the website.
Running BUPA Health Assessments in a team of Health Advisors, a registered CQC manager, GP’s, physio’s and MSK doctors.
This was a front of house role giving customers buggies, trollies and hire sets.
After leaving school, I moved to Switzerland for 8 months to train and work as a Ski Instructor. I instructed groups and taught privately.
