Key responsibilities:

• Assist smart tariff customers (Solar, Heat Pump, EV), providing expert technical support, ensuring seamless integration of smart products.
• Participating in discovery days at Octopus Energy, conducting candidate interviews, facilitating role-play assessments, and providing detailed evaluations to support hiring decisions.
• Lead my team in managing KMT requests using Django Admin with experience leading the KMT processes for the Manchester site.
• Delivering training to new starters, mentoring new ES in the smart teams.
• Manage a team of core recruitment assessors including site leadership.
• Overseeing operations hiring for the Manchester site.

Shell migration secondment (Bosnia)

• Identifying knowledge gaps, and then developing and delivering training resources to ES's and TL's.
• Independently running projects to improve processes and highlight areas for improvement (Such as my resource acceptability report).
• Embodying octopus culture and our customer centric approach, ultimately transferring that to the Shell teams.
• Working alongside and delivering training to a teams of a different culture and country, with language barriers.

Achievements:

• Selected to represent Octopus Energy at the Utility Awards 2023.
• Selected to attend the Octopus Accelerate leadership programme.
• Fast tracked through probation, achieving a superstar bonus.
• Secondment, assisting with the Shell migration in Bosnia.

• Commissioned 2Lt on the longest, most arduous,
  officer training programme in NATO.
• Trained to rapidly process and act on large volumes of information, making critical decisions under extreme physical and mental stress.
• Received world-class leadership training to effectively command elite teams in high-pressure, complex environments.
• Trained to execute and devising strategic orders, adapting to limited resources, and solving problems dynamically in real-time scenarios.
• Developed exceptional organizational skills, effectively managing multiple tasks and competing priorities in high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and marshall games of paintball of between 4-40 people, ranging in age from children and teens, to adults.
• Deliver safety briefings to a varied audience, keeping them engaged, whilst delivering very important safety information.
• General centre assistant duties, building/organising game zones, manning the shop, cleaning etc.
• Creating an engaging, fun environment, encouraging repeat service, whilst balancing the need for safety and caution given the nature of the sport.
• Paintball gun maintenance and upkeep.
