I am very confident in my time management skills as well as my eagerness to complete a task to the best of my knowledge and capabilities. I also consider myself to be excellent at following and listening to instructions, which allows me to complete tasks to the best of my abilities. I believe that, given the chance, I would easily be able to take the initiative, as well as make judgement calls in a team orientated role. Offering strong interpersonal skills and commitment to customer satisfaction. Knowledgeable about maintaining inventory, handling transactions, and providing exceptional service. Ready to use and develop communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills in roles. I would relish the chance to take on any challenges set by any potential employer, as I am eager to prove myself as a competent, punctual, and reliable worker.
I am not stationed to one specific area of the business therefore I have had to adapt and overcome my way of working and thinking to ensure all my tasks are carried to completion, such as each shift I would complete 2-3 lorry orders, overseeing the schedule of lorry arrivals, unpacking and organising the order upon arrival and ensuring the order had been delivered to completion.
For example, some basic daily duties I must carry out are overseeing that customers are spoken to in a friendly regard and leading to the correct management for them to be seen by well informed members of staff and are ultimately happy with the level of customer service received skilled in addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience through effective communication and problem-solving. I find it important to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, to create a collaborative atmosphere that enhances overall service quality. Committed to continuous improvement and professional development, with a strong focus on meeting customer and co-worker needs and exceeding expectations. I have been recognised for actively listening to others, valuing different perspectives, and contributing to a harmonious work environment. I thrive in collaborative settings as well as on my own, consistently offering support and encouragement to my colleagues while also able to be left on my own to get any task done necessary. As my time at the company developed I have been noticed by senior members of the management as being a capable asset to the team, as i have seen through training most colleagues do not go through such as the operation of hand held electric pallet trucks grouped with operating a scissor lift to unload said goods from lorries and organise that the delivery is seen through as successful without any anomalies affecting the flow of the work environment.
