Summary

Nurse Associates play a vital role within the healthcare team by supporting the medical staff and patients on the wards in the hospitals and out in the community settings. Nurse Associates are responsible for ensuring that the patients are given safe and best care and that their fundamental rights are safeguarded in the provision of that care. I am a Nursing Associate who is kind, caring, compassionate, an excellent communicator, one who listened actively to what is being communicated in order to respond appropriately. I am passionate, proactive, flexible and adaptable, one who embraces change, equality , diversity, inclusion and respect. I work well on my own and effectively with minimal supervision.

I work collaboratively with with the multidisciplinary team, stakeholders and external agencies to empower and educate housebound patients, their carers, and their families to promotr holistic self care using evidence care practices to live a better quality life and reduce unnecessary hospital admissions, thus achieving the triple aims of the National Health Service (NHS)
