Adapted and implemented complete technology based solutions to minimise staffing levels, maximise efficiency and profit within Graham Gardens Multi-storey . designed car parks within carparks charging multiple tariffs , sourced and configured parking technology specific to my needs working directly with manufacturers including HUB Parking , Skidata Ireland , Hik-vision and Dahua.
Post Covid (Lock down) implemented upgrades to parking equipment , intercoms / call diversion , automated roller shutters , automatic doors , lighting through access control servers for Graham Gardens Multi-storey this making it completely self sufficient to be managed remotely through mobile device or desktop . This successful automation allowed the car park to open and close efficiently unmanned hence still providing the safety and statutory compliance element.
One of the first car parks within Electro Automation's portfolio to achieve a nesting car park within a carpark that could change the tariff seamless without a customer needing to insert or validate their ticket , achieved utilising Hik-Vision ANPR and direct negotiation with HUB and field testing each suppliers software. . Unfortunately this concept has been utilised by several other parking operators recently , however not all successfully.
