Reliable, honest, motivated and competent cleaner who has experience of the daily cleaning of all areas within commercial, medical, educational and residential buildings, helping to make a pleasant and safe environment for both staff and customers.

I possess excellent communication and inter personal skills, outgoing and friendly, a multi talented individual and pride myself on bringing the highest quality of service to my roles. One of my biggest strengths is my excellent customer service skill as I am able to build a great rapport with both customers and staff. I have received many trip advisor compliments specifically for my excellent customer service skills.

I have an excellent work ethic and I am able to ensure that all environments are kept clean and tidy to a high standard.

I work very well on my own and as part of a team. In my previous role working within a team, I was responsible for complying with all proper safety policies and procedures when using cleaning chemicals whilst making sure that health and safety regulations are adhered to.

During the Covid pandemic, I worked predominantly within a civil service government office ensuring all precautions and standards were met. I also worked in train stations during Covid which was a very challenging role as I had to sanitise the whole station as well provide customer service. This helped me further develop my communication and interpersonal skills as I had to communicate with a wide range of people during very challenging times.
