He fostered an inclusive learning environment that catered to diverse learning styles and abilities, and consistently assessed training outcomes to drive continuous improvement in content delivery. By incorporating real-world examples into lectures, he increased relevance and applicability for learners. He developed customised learning materials designed to improve knowledge retention and promoted a culture of continuous learning through interactive seminars and webinars. Adobe Experience Cloud is one of Adobe’s flagship solutions. Matthias’ role is to know the solution inside and out, help improve it, design and deliver trainings on it. This can be virtually, in person as well as occasionally recording on demand training courses. As a senior technical trainer, Matthias has led classrooms ranging from 12 to 100 participants. In order to effectively achieve this, he has maintained expert product knowledge in Analytics & Target as well as their integrations and use cases across the broader Adobe Experience Cloud.
One of Matthias’ key achievements is enabling Adobe Partners to ramp up with the Adobe Experience Platform. This has expanded Matthias’ influence and relationships with clients and partners. As a direct result, this has led to an increased customer retention, increased customer satisfaction score and an increase in the sales opportunity.

This exceeded the clients’ utilisation expectations and led them to stay and extend their contract with Adobe.
