  • Organising team briefs, ensuring all members know their tasks, including serious risks and safety precautions, keeping the Squadron running as effectively as possible.
  • Worked in a variety of environments including major servicing/depth maintenance, front line squadron maintenance, and overseas including on operations including an Afghanistan tour in Kabul.
