Operational Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage team of operators that complete: trade processing and settlement, regulatory reporting including MiFID and EMIR, exchange reporting (Large Trader), reconciliations and static data.
• Lead operational teams to collaborate and deliver on company objectives to enhance working environment and promote learning and development.

Change Management Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage team of project managers and business analysts who manage projects with Change Portfolio.
• Change Portfolio management incorporating projects such as system migrations, regulatory change, business initiatives and product management.
• Overseeing risks and issues and ensuring steer is provided to mitigate and resolve where possible.
• Continue to provide input and steer on Change governance and ensure documentation and process is kept at high standard.
